In 2025, I flew from Barcelona to Los Angeles and installed cameras through Thumbtack. I lost leads while my hands were busy, automated the inbox, and began running jobs remotely. Today, with Anri and Hakob, we are building NovaNest Pro.

A real booking with no founder approving a message.
On my live Thumbtack account, Nova has handled six real leads and booked two jobs. For its first autonomous booking, a $190 California camera installation, Nova sent every customer message, quoted the job, scheduled it, and collected the address without any founder editing or approving a reply.
