From LA rooftops to
remote automation
I'm 25, Armenian, living in Barcelona. I spent 3.5 years as a PM at a big company. Quit. Tried a bunch of things — smart restaurant menus, an interview simulator, wine subscriptions. Some worked a little. None worked enough.
Then I found home services. I flew to Los Angeles, bought the tools, and started installing security cameras and smart home systems myself. Climbed on roofs. Ran cables through attics. Did the job so I could understand the job.
Once I understood the business end to end — lead, quote, schedule, install, collect — I automated it. Built an AI pipeline that catches incoming leads, researches the customer, writes a personalized response, and sends it back. Under 60 seconds. No human login needed.
Now I operate from Barcelona. Local technicians execute the jobs. The AI handles acquisition. I handle the system.
